The United States Measurement System (USMS) Measurement Knowledge Hub (MKH) is a a web-based meeting place for all things measurement. This site is developed and maintained by the USMS Office at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). It is the intention of the USMS Office to enable the increased effectiveness and efficiency of the entire USMS by providing easy access to relevant information, expertise, and potential customers and partners to better position users to meet the demands of continually accelerating innovation cycles. The MKH is a dynamic information repository and communication catalyst for the USMS community. Its aim is to create a more effective and efficient USMS by facilitating convergence among key USMS communities. The MKH includes three sections (information, tools and methodologies) that each serves a different purpose. The MKH Forums allow researchers and developers from a myriad of disciplines to connect and discuss their needs, research and development overlap potential, and/or initiate collaborations.
